reasons to smile (:

salam.

i think most people know this. but let just do some revision.

 why we need to smile?

1) smile makes us attractive *wink2

2)smiling changes our mood

3)smiling is contagious. like when someone see you smile, and he smile too, then other people look at his smile, and she smile too~~

4)smiling relieves stress

5)smiling boots your immune system

6)smiling lowers your blood pressure

7)smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers and serotonin

8)smiling lifts the face and makes you look younger

9)smiling makes you seem successful

10)smiling helps you stay positive!

and the most important reason to smile is because,

SMILING IS A CHARITY (:

Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) said in a hadith authenticated by Al-Albani,

“Smiling in the face of your brother is charity … and pouring out from your bucket into your brother’s bucket is charity,”

so, SMILE darling! SMILE!

when you smile to someone, maybe that's the

BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO THAT PERSON on that day..
